Opening Video is Compulsory for Return / Exchange
To maintain transparency and avoid misuse, customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video may be required in case of return, exchange, or damage claims.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. For missing or damaged products, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Currently, international returns are not eligible for free shipping. Return courier charges will be handled by the customer.
To Qualify for a Return
Your return request must meet the following conditions:
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition
• All original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact
• The jewellery must have no scratches, marks, or damage
• Stones, embellishments, and plating must be in perfect condition
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
Returns may be rejected in the following situations:
• Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
• Any item or accessory is missing from the shipment
• Product shows signs of usage, scratches, or damage
• Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Free gifts or complimentary items are missing
• Individual items from combo offers or promotional bundles
• Sale items or products purchased using a credit note
• Items returned without prior return approval
Zilgi Jewels reserves the right to reject any return request if the above conditions are not met.

Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours, and once approved, the return pickup will be arranged.
Damage Policy
If the product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues, we will provide a replacement.
Conditions:
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be shared
• The unboxing video may be required
Note: Refunds are not provided for damaged items. Only replacements will be arranged.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:
• Product must be unused, unworn, and unopened
• Original packaging and tags must be intact • Exchange will be possible only if the requested product is available in stock
• Exchange courier charges will be handled by the customer
